FROM THE PRESIDENT’S DESK

HELLO TO EVERYONE

We welcome all new and old members to ComputerPals for 2012.

Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to my Committee and those few dedicated members who attend our Meeting each month. I would also like to say thanks to the Committee and tutors without whom we would not exist. To all our members I hope that your club offers you the opportunity to grow in your knowledge of computer usage.

Two members of our Committee were recognized on the 16th December 2011 for the work they do for our club under the 2011 INTERNATIONAL YEAR OF THE VOLUNTEER which was sponsored by the Federal Government. The two members concerned are:
MARJORIE LAIDLER Enrolments
GREGORY HOOD Tutorial/Equipment
I would like to personally offer my congratulations and also those on behalf of the Club.

I hope that those members who attended our Christmas Party had a great time I know I did. To those people who assisted with the preparation of the food I sincerely say thank you; we couldn’t have done it without your help.

I would like to remind our members that our ENROLMENT DAY for 2012 will be held 24th JANUARY 2012 from 10.00am to12.30pm at our club rooms 17 James St CHARLESTOWN.
Course and Membership fees remain unchanged.

Our Classes begin on the 30th January so early enrolment ensures your placement in the early classes.
