Dylan Pickles (otherwise known as Dil) is Tommy's new baby brother and Didi and Stu's son.
Dil is three months old and was born in The Rugrats Movie. At first Tommy and the Rugrats
weren't too fond of him, deciding to send him back to the "hopsickle" where he came from,
which sets the plot in motion for the movie. Dil's favourite things are anything that Tommy
owns; and when Dil wants something he usually gets it! He's great at throwing tantrums, and
his favourite saying is "Mine!!!".
